Every sessions we invite our candidates and customers to complete the feedback forms for Customer Satisfaction Survey to find out how they think we are doing in delivering face to face training service. Our goal is to provide our partner and customers an excellent service to their organisation but in order to achieve this goal the feedback forms and market surveys are provided
On behalf of Research Support Officer Team , Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) the survey was being conducted and completed. The feedback and surveys are completely confidential abiding the Code of Conduct of Market Research. The surveys help us to continually improve the service and serves as part of the company’s success.
